Role Responsibilities :

- PPDS solution design : Ability to drive the business need discussions mapping the requirements to SAP systems and design the process for client. Should have exposure to do the configuration as per designed solution

- PPDS solution development, testing and deployment : In depth knowledge of PPDS solution development with an ability to support SAP solution deployment considering the industry's best practices.

- Actively participating in periodic meetings, proactively identifying, and highlighting risks/gaps in the client processes

- Provide overall architecture recommendations including integration scenarios with PP, OTC, Purchasing

Requirement :

- 6-8 years of experience in SAP implementation projects

- Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Verbal) - Individual should be able to drive discussions with cross geography counterparts

- Demonstrated experience in the PPDS (Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling) module of SAP APO or S/4HANA advanced planning, including 2-3 full life cycle project implementations (preferably in S/4 HANA).

- 3+ years of SAP S/4 HANA experience and at least 1-2 S/4 HANA end to end implementation experience

- Thorough understanding of business process and PPDS functionalities including master data/transaction data integration, production planning, detailed scheduling heuristics and optimizer, Block planning, setup optimization, finite/infinite scheduling in DS board

- Perform necessary SAP configurations, write detailed functional specifications (FSD) for development of ABAP custom programs, testing and implementing the solution

- Integration experience with other modules like PP, SD and MM

- Good Knowledge of various industry business processes such as Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, CPG, Retail, Chemicals, etc.

- Participate in strategic initiatives within the organization which adds value and create opportunities.

- Have actively participated in RFI/RFP related activities.
