Location : Pune (Note : Candidates can support remote but based on need he should be ready to travel)

Job description :

- Experience in SAP PP/DS implementations, with at least 3 years in Greenfield implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end SAP PPDS implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical best practices to drive operational excellence.

- Design and configure advanced planning scenarios within SAP S/4HANA to resolve complex production scheduling bottlenecks and improve material flow.

- Facilitate workshops with key business stakeholders to gather requirements, map business processes, and define functional specifications for custom developments.

- Manage the integration of PPDS with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and QM to ensure a cohesive and synchronized supply chain ecosystem.

- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and performance tuning for existing production planning environments to minimize downtime and maximize throughput.

- Mentor junior consultants and project team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaborative problem-solving.

Skills :

- Strong expertise in SAP PP and DS modules.

- Experience with full-cycle SAP implementations.

- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and data migration techniques.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with SAP Activate methodology.

- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
