Join our team to drive end-to-end manufacturing process transformation by specializing in the technical configuration, integration, and deployment of core SAP modules : Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), and Plant Maintenance (PM).

This role is focused on modernizing operations and supporting Industry 4.0 initiatives.

Key Responsibilities & Technical Deliverables :

Production Planning (PP) Configuration :

- Technically configure Production Planning components, including MRP (Material Requirements Planning) execution, BOM (Bills of Material) structure setup, Routings/Work Centers, and Shop Floor Control (production order types, confirmation settings).

Quality & Maintenance System Setup :

- Set up Quality Management plans, inspection characteristics, control keys, and technical integration points for quality control during production.

- Configure Plant Maintenance notifications, technical objects, and maintenance orders to manage asset lifecycle and preventive maintenance scheduling.

Module Integration Architecture :

- Technically integrate PP/QM/PM with core logistical modules MM (Materials Management) and EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).

- Provide integration expertise for complex manufacturing scenarios like PP-PI (Process Industry).

Digital Manufacturing Support :

- Support the technical integration of Industry 4.0 and IoT interfaces, providing functional prerequisites and data mapping guidance for linking SAP to shop floor systems.

- Leverage Exposure to MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and digital manufacturing concepts to bridge the gap between IT and operations.

Required Technical Skills & Expertise :

- SAP Manufacturing Expertise (Mandatory) : 5 + years SAP PP/QM/PM experience in hands-on configuration and implementation roles.

- Modern SAP : S/4 Manufacturing certification preferred, demonstrating knowledge of the simplified data model and modern Fiori apps for manufacturing execution.

- Integration & Systems : Proven ability to configure complex integration points (i.e., QM checks in production, PM settlements with FI/CO).

- Digital Factory : Practical Exposure to MES and digital manufacturing concepts and the technical requirements for supporting machine-to-SAP data flows.

- Core Logistics : Strong foundation in underlying master data required for PP (BOMs, Work Centers) and QM/PM technical object structures
