Description :

We are seeking an experienced SAP PP/QM/PM Consultant to support advanced smart manufacturing programs and operational excellence initiatives.

This role requires expertise in configuring and integrating SAP's core manufacturing, quality management, and plant maintenance modules within the S/4HANA environment.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables :

Production Planning (PP) :

- Core Manufacturing Configuration : Configure end-to-end production planning processes, including demand management, material requirements planning (MRP), and shop floor control.

- Master Data : Design and configure essential production master data, specifically Bills of Material (BOMs), Routings/Master Recipes, and Work Centers.

- Scheduling & Capacity : Implement detailed capacity planning, leveling, and efficient production capacity scheduling.

Quality Management (QM) :

- Quality Planning : Define comprehensive quality plans and master inspection characteristics (MICs) to ensure product standards are met.

- Inspection Management : Configure various inspection types for incoming materials, in-process production, and final product releases.

- Process Improvement : Implement quality notification and corrective/preventative action (CAPA) processes.

Plant Maintenance (PM) :

- Maintenance Strategy : Define and configure preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance strategies, including task lists, maintenance plans, and measuring points.

- Technical Objects : Structure and manage technical objects, including functional locations and equipment master data.

Integration and Technology :

- Cross-Module Integration : Ensure seamless integration of PP/QM/PM with key logistical modules like EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) and MM (Materials Management), as well as financial integration with CO (Controlling).

- Smart Manufacturing : Knowledge of integration with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) or IoT (Internet of Things) platforms for real-time data exchange and shop-floor automation is preferred.

Required Experience and Qualifications :

- Mandatory Experience : Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PP, QM, and PM modules.

- S/4HANA Proficiency : Direct S/4HANA experience is mandatory, demonstrating an understanding of new functionalities like Predictive Maintenance or advanced planning features.

- Integration Knowledge : Proven ability to manage integration points across the SAP logistics landscape
