Position : SAP PP-QM Functional Analyst

Reporting To : Domain Manager - Procurement & Manufacturing, AMEA ERP COE

Location : Bangalore, India

Experience : 68 years in SAP PP-QM (ECC or S/4HANA) with cross-module knowledge

Education : Graduate in any discipline (minimum 4 academic years)

Experience & Domain Expertise :

- 6-8 years of hands-on experience in SAP PP-QM (ECC or S/4HANA).

- At least 3 full-cycle SAP PP/QM implementations.

- Minimum 3 years of domain expertise in Planning, Production Control, or Shop Floor Management.

- Exposure to S/4HANA innovations such as Fiori, PPDS, and ATP.

Implementation & Technical Skills :

- Production Process Mapping : Expertise in aligning organizational structures with production processes.

- Demand Management & MRP : Strong knowledge of demand planning, MRP, and production execution.

- Shop Floor Management : Experience with production order processes, execution, and configurations.

- Quality Management (QM) : Configuration of notifications, inspections, calibrations, and interfaces.

- PLM Integration : Hands-on with PLM tools (Siemens Teamcenter, MES, Ariba, Supplier 360, Windchill).

- Cross-Module Integration : Strong integration experience with S/4HANA modules, PDR, and external systems.

- Plant Maintenance (PM) : Basic understanding and capability to manage minor PM-related tasks.

- ABAP : Ability to perform basic debugging and technical analysis.

Responsibilities :

- Manage PP/QM projects and production support independently.

- Collaborate with culturally diverse teams across Asia, Middle East, and Africa.

- Conduct workshops to gather and analyze business requirements.

- Deliver end-to-end SAP solutions : Blueprinting, Design, Functional Specs, Testing, Training, and Deployment.

- Execute PP/QM enhancements and changes within defined timelines.

- Manage master data and transactional data migration using SAP tools.

- Ensure compliance with audit standards, information security, and GRCM guidelines.

- Facilitate stakeholder communication and end-user training for PP/QM processes.
