Job Summary :

This role involves working closely with business users and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, implement SAP best practices, and support ongoing system enhancements in manufacturing and quality operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and configure SAP PP modules (such as BOM, Routing, Work Centers, MRP, Production Orders, Capacity Planning) and QM modules (like Inspection Planning, Lot Processing, Results Recording, Quality Notifications).

- Implement and support integration between PP/QM and other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and WM.

- Lead end-to-end SAP PPQM implementations, rollouts, and support projects across various industries.

- Participate in fit-gap analysis, blueprinting, system configuration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), training, and go-live support.

- Work closely with the manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to improve business processes through SAP functionalities.

- Develop and maintain functional specifications for custom developments (RICEFW).

- Troubleshoot and resolve production support issues related to PP and QM processes.

- Conduct user training and create documentation for end users and support teams.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and SAP best practices in process design and execution.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP consultant with hands-on expertise in PP and QM modules.

- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, shop floor operations, and quality management systems.

- Proficiency in SAP ECC or S/4HANA PP and QM configuration.

- Experience in handling end-to-end SAP implementation or S/4HANA conversion projects.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

- Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps, SAP Activate methodology, and Agile project delivery is a plus.

- SAP Certification in PP or QM (preferred but not mandatory).

Preferred Attributes :

- Proven ability to understand business processes and translate them into SAP solutions.

- Knowledge of regulated industry standards like GMP, ISO, or FDA compliance is an added advantage.
