About the Role :

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP PPQM Consultant with strong expertise in Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules on S/4 HANA.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in end-to-end implementations, rollouts, and support projects, along with deep functional knowledge of manufacturing processes.

This role involves client-facing responsibilities, solution design, configuration, and cross-functional collaboration across industries such as Oil & Gas, Refinery, and Utilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and execute SAP PP and QM configurations, integrations, and master data management.

- Work on end-to-end S/4 HANA implementations (minimum 12 projects).

- Support SAP Rollout, Support, and Change Requests ensuring smooth operations.

- Prepare and manage project deliverables such as FSDs (Functional Specification Documents), BBPs (Business Blueprints), and KDS (Key Design Specifications).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).

- Conduct master data uploads using tools such as LTMC, LSMW, BDC, and BAPIs.

- Handle Make-to-Stock (MTS), Make-to-Order (MTO), and MRP processes.

- Manage and resolve day-to-day issues related to system operations and scheduled background jobs.

- Guide goods movement processes from raw material conversion to semi-finished and finished goods.

- Ensure compliance and best practices using SAP Activate and ASAP methodologies.

- Write functional design documents for scripts, interfaces, and custom enhancements.

- Provide client handling and stakeholder management during implementations and support projects.

- Travel onsite (domestic and international) as per project requirements.

Required Skills & Experience :

Experience : Minimum 5+ years as an SAP PPQM Consultant.

Implementation : At least 1 to 2 end-to-end S/4 HANA implementations.

Methodologies : Strong knowledge of SAP Activate and ASAP methodology.

Functional Expertise :

- SAP PP configuration, QM integration, and master data.

- Sales & Distribution, Materials Management, Warehouse Management (preferred).

- Experience in MTS, MTO, MRP processes.

- Good understanding of SAP tables, BAPIs, Function Modules (FM), BADIs.

Tools : LTMC, LSMW, BDC, BAPI, RICEF.

Domain Knowledge : Oil & Gas, Refinery, Utilities (preferred).

Documentation : Ability to prepare BBP, FSDs, test scripts, and UAT documentation.

Client-Facing : Strong experience in requirement gathering, workshops, and presentations.

Other Requirements : Valid Passport; willingness to travel onsite and across India.
