About Role :

This role involves working closely with clients to analyze their production planning and quality management processes, configuring SAP PPQM solutions to meet those needs, and ensuring the efficient and effective utilization of the SAP system.

Responsibilities :

- Analyze and optimize production planning and quality management processes.

- Configure and implement SAP PP (Production Planning) and QM (Quality Management) modules.

- Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements.

- Provide end-user training and support.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP PPQM modules.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with other SAP modules.

- Develop documentation for system processes and configurations.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience working with SAP PP and QM modules.

- In-depth knowledge of SAP Production Planning and Quality Management processes.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Certification in SAP PP and/or QM is a plus.
