SAP PP/QM Consultant

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced SAP PPQM Consultant to lead greenfield implementations and enhancements within SAP S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules and extensive experience in end-to-end SAP project implementations.

This role involves configuring, documenting, and supporting SAP PPQM processes while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver efficient and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead greenfield SAP S/4HANA PPQM implementations, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support.

- Analyze and document business processes related to Production Planning and Quality Management.

- Conduct fit-gap analysis and propose optimal SAP solutions aligned with business requirements.

- Configure SAP PP and QM modules in line with industry best practices.

- Develop functional specifications for custom reports, enhancements, and integrations.

- Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot functional issues in production.

- Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP developers, BASIS, and Integration teams) for smooth project delivery.

- Prepare training materials and user manuals for end users.

- Engage in knowledge transfer sessions and mentor junior consultants.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 10+ years of experience in SAP PP and QM modules.

- Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations, particularly greenfield projects.

- Hands-on expertise in Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) processes.

- Knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PM.

- Experience in process analysis, configuration, documentation, and testing.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with SAP Fiori apps related to PPQM.

- Exposure to SAP Activate methodology and Agile project delivery.

- Prior involvement in multi-site or multi-country rollouts.

Knowledge of SAP Analytics or reporting tools (e.g., SAP BW, Analytics Cloud).
