We are hiring for SAP PP QM for our client based is into beverage business at Africa -DR Congo

Company will provide salary (tax free) in hand plus shared accomodation, food,medical,visa,tickets etc.

Key Responsibilities :

Production Planning (PP) :

- Manage end-to-end production planning and control through SAP ECC (PP Module).

- Create and maintain Material Master, BOMs, Routings, and Work Centers.

- Execute MRP runs to ensure raw and packing material availability as per production plans.

- Create, release, and confirm Production Orders; handle Goods Issue and Goods Receipt (GRN) in SAP.

- Monitor production progress, report variances, and support process optimization.

- Coordinate with Stores, Purchase, QC, and Maintenance for smooth production flow.

Quality Management (QM) :

- Create and manage Inspection Lots for incoming, in-process, and final inspections.

- Record inspection results and make usage decisions (accept/reject) in SAP.

- Coordinate with QC for defect recording, deviation handling, and corrective actions (CAPA).

- Maintain Quality Info Records, Sampling Plans, and Inspection Plans in SAP.

- Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and audit requirements for all quality operations.

Reporting & Systems :

- Generate and analyze MIS reports for production efficiency and quality performance.

- Support SAP PP-QM master data management and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Train and support local users for PP-QM related SAP transactions.
