SAP PP Consultant

Description :

We are looking for an experienced SAP PP Consultant with 8+ years of strong functional experience in Production Planning and Manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP PP configuration, implementation, and support, along with a good understanding of S/4HANA Manufacturing and integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions within the PP module.

- Configure master data : Material Master, Work Centers, BOMs, and Routings.

- Implement and support Discrete, Process, and Repetitive Manufacturing processes.

- Configure and manage MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and Capacity Planning.

- Handle Production Orders, Order Confirmations, and Shop Floor Control activities.

- Integrate PP with MM, SD, QM, and PM modules.

- Support S/4HANA Production Planning features such as MRP Live, Advanced ATP, and embedded PP-DS.

- Prepare functional specifications, perform testing (Unit, Integration, UAT), and provide training to end-users.

- Work with ABAP and technical teams to resolve system issues and implement enhancements.

Technical & Functional Skills :

- Hands-on experience in S/4HANA Manufacturing or migration projects.

- Expertise in MRP, BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Production Orders, and Capacity Planning.

- Good understanding of integration with MM, SD, and QM modules.

- Experience with Batch Management, Serial Number Management, and Shop Floor Control.

- Knowledge of PP-PI (Process Industries) and PP-DS (Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling) is an advantage.

- Experience in data migration (LSMW) and custom enhancements (User exits, BADIs).
