Job Description :


- Must have done at least 2-3 end to end implementations around PMGM & CDP.

- Must have worked on support projects around PMGM & CDP modules.

- Knowledge on RBP w.r.t modules.

- Should be able to lead delivery topic across mentioned modules and solve customer problem.

- CPI, any other SF module.

- Common/General Approach of Delivery.

- Preparing Quality oriented process documentation and user manuals.

Good-to-have skill :


- Familiarity with integration points across other SF modules (LMS, Compensation, etc.).


Roles & Responsibilities :


- Should be quality conscious to give quality delivery in solution and artifacts supporting the solution like in form of documentation (using Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint).

- Should have good communication skills both oral and written, and willingness to understand customers point of view.

- Should be able to own end-to-end ownership of the problem towards resolving or getting it resolved for delivery end.

- Front ending with the customer to own PMGM & CDP module delivery end-to-end.

- Will be responsible for all the activities of SAP SuccessFactors Roll out and AMS Projects including issue resolution according to SLA for L1, L2 & L3 support.

- Will be responsible for development, delivery & support in assigned area of work.

- Should be willing to explore areas for finding the solutions to the unknown problem areas related to modules and lead the problem with team for proper solution.

- Provide consulting to customer on listed modules/solutioning with proper evaluation of possible solution options, identifying Pros/Cons of each solution option including the best

recommendation out of the options proposed.

- Good experience in conducting business requirement workshops and performing POCs.

EC Specific :


- Must have good knowledge and hands-on experience of Employee Central functionalities Foundation Objects, Position Management, Employee Master Data, Employee Life Cycle Events, Data Models, Workflows and Business Rules, MDF object and UI configuration, Alerts & notifications, Knowledge of employee profile, HRIS sync mapping.

- Must have a good understanding of platform-level integration of other modules with Employee Central.

- Knowledge on integration capabilities of Employee Central with S4HANA, 3rd Party Payroll and other systems.

- Knowledge of Integration center, Canvas reporting /Story Reports.

- Configuring and Managing Time Off features including accrual rules, holiday calendars, work

schedules and leave types. Time sheet understanding is required.

- Manage Role-Based Permissions and Data loads.(Instance refresh/sync).

- Test case/Test scripts preparation and testing of application & change releases.

- Conducting extensive end to end testing for the specific module.

Preferred Qualifications :


- Should be very much familiar with Latest Goal Management Module.


- Gather and analyze the clients business requirements.

- Should be able to handle AMS customers independently for PM/GM/SC/CDP modules.

- Knowledge and experience in Talent Intelligence Hub.

- Worked in Succession Planning / Career Development Planning module.

- Good hands on for Talent Intelligence Hub configurations, growth Portfolio and career development planning, career workshee
