Job Summary :
We are looking for a proactive and SAP PM Consultant with strong hands-on experience in S/4HANA, responsible for end-to-end Plant Maintenance processes including preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Technical and functional understanding of SAP S/4 HANA PM (Plant Maintenance) business process and system architecture.
- Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA across both Private Cloud and Public Cloud environments.
- Involved in the business requirement gathering and conducted workshops for gathering the same.
- Full life cycle implementation of SAP Plant Maintenance module using ACTIVATE Methodology project preparation, business blueprint, realization, final preparation, go live and post implementation support.
- Project requirement study and analysis, including the creation of the Fit-to-Standard document, gap analysis, Business Process Procedures (BPP), and Key Design Solutions (KDS).
- Collecting the Master data from the user and uploading the Master data through the Migration cockpit.
- Established and documented As-Is & To-Be processes with core business team members. Actively participated in integration testing.
- Responsible for giving SAP Plant Maintenance support and Developments involved.
- Unit and Integration testing, End-User Training, User Documentation and Report Preparation as Requirements
- Involved in Unit testing and Integration testing.
- Responsible for giving SAP Plant Maintenance support and Developments involved.
- Supported Go-Live activities, including data upload and user manual preparation.
- Plant Maintenance (PM) Configuration skills.
- Functional Location structure, Equipment management, Maintenance Notifications, Maintenance Orders, Maintenance Order Completion
- Maintenance Assemblies, Number ranges, Screen layouts, Control keys, Measuring Points and Counters
- Characteristics, Code groups, Catalog profiles, User Status, Non-stock items, Movement Types, User exits, Reports.
- Maintenance Strategies, Maintenance Task Lists, Time-based and Performance-based Maintenance Plans, Scheduling and Deadline Monitoring
- Material Master, Bills of Materials, Work Centers, Routings, Material Requirements Planning
- Goods movements, Batch management, Storage Locations, Purchase orders, Purchase requisitions, Settlement, Master inspection characteristics, Inspection lots, Results Recording, Usage Decisions.
Quality Management skills :
- Involved in collecting QM Master Data MIC, Sampling Procedure, and Inspection Plan.
- Generation of Inspection lot, Results recording and user decisions and collecting the Catalog Master data for the same.
- Interacted with Business Leads and users to understand existing Business processes.
- Hands-on experience in blueprinting, QM configuration
- Configured and Implemented Quality planning, Quality Inspection, Quality Notifications, Quality Certificates.
- Designed and Configured Statistical Process Control (SPC), Control Chart and Histogram.
- Configured and Implemented Quality Certificates and source inspection.
