Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled SAP PM Consultant with 3-5 years of experience to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) processes within the organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in SAP ECC PM, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system adoption and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

SAP PM Implementation & Adoption :

- Facilitate the successful adoption and integration of SAP PM across enterprise operations.

- Conduct thorough evaluations of evolving market and operational requirements and incorporate relevant SAP PM system solutions.

- Perform requirement gathering workshops to define, analyze, validate, and document client specifications and expectations.

- Lead SAP PM blueprinting activities, ensuring alignment between business processes and system capabilities.

System Configuration & Customization :

- Interpret system prerequisites and develop scalable solution architectures.

- Configure SAP PM modules including :

1. Preventive Maintenance

2. Maintenance Plans

3. Task Lists

4. Work Centers

5. Equipment & Functional Locations

6. Counters & Measurement Documents

7. BOMs (Bill of Materials)

- Modify and customize SAP PM objects to meet business needs, ensuring adherence to SAP methodology and customer satisfaction.

Technical & Functional Support :

- Provide end-to-end support including system monitoring, user training, documentation, data migration, and integration support.

- Act as a key liaison for issue resolutionanalyze, interpret, and troubleshoot SAP PM-related problems.

- Support integration processes with PP, MM, CO & QM modules, ensuring cohesive cross-functional operations.

Maintenance Process Implementation :

- Implement various maintenance processes such as :

1. Degradation Mechanism

2. Restorative Improvement Process

3. Productivity-Oriented Predictive Repair Framework

4. Time-Based Preventive Maintenance

5. Advanced Service Management

6. Coordinated Market Process Automation

- Ensure the system supports efficient maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution processes.

Master Data Management :

- Set up and manage complete organizational master data including :

1. PM Materials & Supplies

2. Work Centers

3. Access Codes

4. BOMs

5. Repair Job Sheets

6. Measurement Points & Counters

7. Maintenance Plans

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP PM within ECC environments.

- Strong understanding of Plant Maintenance processes and preventive maintenance strategies.

- Proficiency in SAP PM configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.

- Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in cross-functional integration with PP, MM, CO, and QM modules.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
