We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP PM Consultant with 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting the SAP Plant Maintenance module. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing end-to-end SAP PM processes, including corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance, and must possess strong functional knowledge along with integration capabilities across SAP modules like MM, QM, and PP.

Key Responsibilities :

SAP PM Implementation & Configuration :

- Lead or contribute to full-cycle SAP PM implementations and rollouts.

- Configure SAP PM components including Equipment Master, Functional Locations, Task Lists, Maintenance Plans, Notifications, and Work Orders.

- Define Maintenance Strategies, Scheduling parameters, and Maintenance Processing.

- Set up measuring points and counters for condition-based maintenance.

- Configure and support refurbishment and calibration processes.

- Handle integration with external systems for predictive maintenance (IoT sensors, etc.).

Business Process Understanding :

- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and design robust solutions.

- Analyze current business processes and align SAP PM functionalities accordingly.

- Create functional specifications for WRICEF objects (Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).

Integration & Support :

- Coordinate and configure integration with other modules: MM (Materials Management), QM (Quality Management), PP (Production Planning), and FI/CO.

- Support master data setup and synchronization across modules.

- Provide L2/L3 support for SAP PM issues including ticket resolution, incident management, and root cause analysis.

Testing & Documentation :

- Conduct Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation including Configuration Documents, Test Scripts, and Training Manuals.

- Train users and support change management initiatives.

Continuous Improvement :

- Recommend and implement process improvements and automation opportunities within Plant Maintenance.

- Evaluate new SAP technologies and enhancements (e.g., Fiori apps for PM, SAP S/4HANA innovations).

Key Skills & Experience :

- 5 -10 years of SAP PM hands-on experience across implementations, upgrades, and support projects.

- Strong knowledge in PM master data (Functional Locations, Equipment, BOMs, Task Lists).

- Experience in Preventive, Predictive, and Corrective Maintenance processes.

- Proficient in customizing notification and work order types, layout sets, user statuses, and authorizations.

- Integration experience with MM, QM, and PP modules.

- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA PM is highly desirable.

- Understanding of Fiori apps for PM and ability to guide UI usage is a plus.

- Familiarity with EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) best practices and industry standards.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP PM certification (desirable but not mandatory).

- Experience in industries such as Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Utilities, or Pharmaceuticals.

- Exposure to SAP Mobility Solutions (Work Manager, Fiori Mobile) is a bonus.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
