Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced SAP PLM Consultant with 5+ years of strong hands-on experience in SAP Product Lifecycle Management. The consultant will work on a T&M basis and support implementation, enhancement, and support activities remotely.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and support SAP PLM functionalities across product lifecycle stages

- Work on Product Structure (BOM), Document Management System (DMS), Engineering Change Management (ECM)

- Handle material master integration with PLM processes

- Work closely with business users to gather requirements and provide SAP PLM solutions

- Integrate SAP PLM with MM, PP, SD, QM modules

- Support ECR/ECO processes and workflow configuration

- Perform issue analysis, root cause analysis, and system enhancements

- Prepare functional specifications and user documentation

- Provide production support and handle incidents/change requests

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in SAP PLM

- Strong hands-on experience in:

- SAP DMS

- Engineering Change Management (ECM)

- BOM Management

- Good knowledge of integration with MM, PP, SD

- Experience in SAP workflows related to PLM

- Strong functional and business process understanding

- Good communication and client interaction skills

- Experience working in T&M projects

Nice to Have :

- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA PLM

- Knowledge of SAP ECTR

- Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging

- Prior remote project experience
