Desired Profile :

- 10+ years as a functional consultant in SAP PLM/ PPM.

- At-least 2 full lifecycle implementation of SAP PLM/ PPM one as Architect.

- Certifications will be an added advantage.

- Having project experience in SAP PLM 7.01 configuration, customization, testing documentation in modules ECM, OCM, DMS, BOM, MM, PPM.

- Good experience in PPM integration with PLM, SAP PS, HCM, FI/CO.

- Having experience in supporting SAP PLM Roll-Outs in corporation.

- Advising and assisting business units in terms of related processes and focus on systematic improvement of these processes by suggesting best practices.

Description :

- The Sr. Functional Consultant serves as a leader and subject matter expert for the business in the area of SAP ERP PLM / PPM business processes.

- He will play a significant role in the design process, implementation, and ongoing enhancements for the overall SAP PLM/ PPM Module.

- He will work closely and often facilitate efforts with the business in the definition of process and enhancements needed for the business systems.

- He is responsible for having an in-depth knowledge of the SAP PLM/ PPM and direct configuration that is needed.

- He will gather requirement design, configure, test, and implement changes.

- Provide subject matter expertise on SAPs best practices for implementing SAP PLM/ PPM business processes.

- Lead workshops in gathering business requirements, influence adoption of standard SAP processes, identify and handle gaps while minimizing development effort.

- Lead design, configuration, testing, and implementation of SAP PLM/ PPM business processes.

- Define and execute unit test, integration test and regression test scripts to validate key end-to-end business scenarios and troubleshoot complex functional issues/ bugs identified during implementation, testing, and post-Go Live.

- Support the existing productive implementation of SAP PLM/ PPM and resolve incidents based on pre-defined processes and identify and ensure any change request follow the Request for Change processes and not through incidents.

- Documenting all aspects of the SAP PLM/ PPM implementation (e. business blueprint design, application configuration, functional specifications, test plans, business process procedures etc.

- Ensures consistent, timely and effective communications with internal and external stakeholders.

- Keep track of customer satisfaction.

- Provides input and assistance to other IT projects related to ERP if required.

- Work collaboratively with cross-functional and technical teams with minimal supervision.

- Coach, mentor and train other SAP PLM/ PPM functional consultants and supports their growth and learning
