SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant - Implementation & Support

Role : Sr. SAP Plant Maintenance

Experience : 5 to 12 Years

Location : Hyderabad, Telangana

Key roles and responsibilities :

Participate in full lifecycle SAP PM implementations (blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment, and support).

Configure and manage SAP PM master data, including :

- Functional Locations, Equipment Masters, Work Centers

- Task Lists, Revisions, Measuring Points

Class & Characteristics :

- Design and configure Notification Management processes:

- Setup of configuration and process flow

- Integration with Maintenance Orders

- Implement Preventive Maintenance strategies:

- Single Cycle Plans & Strategy-Based Plans

- Task Lists & Maintenance Plan Scheduling

- Maintenance Strategy & Deadline Monitoring

Manage Maintenance Order Processing :

- Breakdown and Corrective Maintenance

- Calibration Maintenance

- Implement and manage Status Management in Notifications and Maintenance Orders.

- Integrate SAP PM with third-party tools and applications as per business needs.

- Support business users with solution enhancements, troubleshooting, and training.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, PP, QM, etc.) for integrated processes.

- Review RFPs and develop effort estimates and solutions for PM-related scope

Skills and experience required :

- Minimum of 5 - 12 years of experience with 1-2 full cycle implementation and well-versed in S4 HANA/ ECC.

In depth knowledge on below areas :

- Master Data : Functional Location, Equipment Master, Class & Characteristics, Work center, Task List, Revision, Measuring Points etc.

- Notification Management : Configuration and Process Flow, Integration with Maintenance Order

- Preventive Maintenance : Single Cycle Plan, Strategy Based Maintenance Plan, Task List, Maintenance Plan Scheduling Parameter, Maintenance Strategy, Deadline Monitoring.

- Maintenance Order Management : Breakdown Maintenance Process & Corrective Maintenance Process, Calibration Maintenance

- Should have worked on Status Management in Notification and Maintenance Order.

- Must have experience in SAP PM integration with third party tool

- Having some knowledge on SAP EAM processes is value added.

- Need to work on reviewing the RFP and share the estimates and solution to scope in PM module
