Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced SAP PI (Process Integration) AMS Lead to manage and oversee the Application Management Services (AMS) for SAP PI/PO (Process Orchestration) environments.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of SAP PI/PO systems, as well as leading a team of SAP PI/PO support consultants.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in SAP integration, hands-on experience with SAP PI/PO.

- Oversee the end-to-end support of SAP PI/PO systems, including incident management, service requests, problem resolution, and system enhancements.

- Monitor system performance, identify potential bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.

- Implement and manage SAP PI/PO system upgrades and patches.

- Ensure seamless integration between various SAP and non-SAP applications.

Incident & Problem Management :

- Lead root cause analysis for recurring system issues and resolve them in a timely manner.

- Collaborate with internal and external teams to manage and troubleshoot complex integration issues.

- Act as the main point of contact for escalation of critical issues.

System Monitoring & Reporting :

- Oversee SAP PI/PO system monitoring and ensure availability, performance, and reliability.

- Develop regular status reports on system performance, incident resolutions, and support activities.

- Collaborate with other SAP teams (e.g., Basis, ABAP, and Functional Teams) to ensure integrated solutions.

- Serve as the primary point of contact between business units, SAP functional teams, and external vendors.

- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, performance, and KPIs.

- Work with functional and technical teams to ensure smooth integration and system workflows.

- Lead and manage a team of SAP PI/PO support talents.

- Coordinate and prioritize tasks to ensure effective delivery of AMS services.

- Provide mentorship, training, and guidance to junior team members.

- Ensure adherence to best practices, internal standards, and process compliance.
