About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Performance Engineering Specialist with strong expertise in SAP performance testing and optimisation. The role focuses on ensuring scalability, stability, and optimal performance of SAP applications, including S/4HANA environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead performance testing and performance engineering initiatives for SAP applications.

- Design and execute performance test strategies covering load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing.

- Analyse system behaviour under load and identify performance bottlenecks at application, database, and infrastructure levels.

- Perform in-depth SAP performance analysis using standard SAP monitoring tools and transaction codes.

- Drive SQL performance tuning activities and optimise database queries, particularly in SAP S/4HANA environments.

- Collaborate with SAP functional, BASIS, development, and infrastructure teams to recommend and implement performance improvements.

- Prepare performance test reports, dashboards, and recommendations for stakeholders.

- Support performance validation during SAP upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.

Skills & Qualifications :

- 7+ years of experience in performance testing and performance engineering.

- Strong hands-on experience in performance engineering for SAP applications.

- Solid knowledge of SAP performance monitoring tools and transaction codes.

- Proven expertise in SQL tuning and performance optimisation.

- Experience working with SAP S/4HANA environments.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
