We are seeking an experienced SAP PEO Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP PEO implementation and support, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.

- Configure and customize SAP PEO modules to meet business needs.

- Provide support and guidance to end-users on SAP PEO functionalities.

- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality of deliverables.

- Create and maintain documentation related to SAP PEO processes and configurations.

- Participate in user training sessions and provide ongoing support.

Skills and Qualifications :

- 6-12 years of experience in SAP PEO implementation and support.

- Strong understanding of SAP PEO functionalities and best practices.

- Proficiency in SAP configuration and customization tools.

- Experience with data migration and integration processes in SAP.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

- Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
