SAP Payroll Specialist - HR Module

Job Title : US Payroll Specialist SAP Implementation.

Location: Navi Mumbai (Work from Office).

Shift : US Shift (Night Shift).

Working Days : 5 Days Working.

Job Summary :

Key Responsibilities :

- Validate and process employee data including new hires, terminations, and changes.

- Handle payroll inputs, deductions, taxes, and adjustments accurately.

- Support SAP Payroll configuration and implementation activities.

- Collaborate with the HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies.

- Ensure compliance with US federal, state, and local payroll regulations.

- Generate and review payroll reports for accuracy and completeness.

- Maintain payroll records and ensure audit readiness.

- Provide support during payroll system upgrades or new module roll outs.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong knowledge of SAP HR/Payroll modules (implementation or support experience).

- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to work in US night shift.

- Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certification in SAP HR/Payroll preferred.
