Job Summary :

TASC Outsourcing is seeking an experienced SAP Payroll Consultant with over 6 years of hands-on experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in both SAP ECC and SuccessFactors EC Payroll and will be responsible for the end-to-end configuration and management of our payroll systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing for both India and our global operations, working closely with HR and Finance teams.

Key Responsibilities :

SAP Payroll Configuration & Support :

- Lead the configuration and support of SAP Payroll (India/Global), including payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and taxation.

- Ensure seamless integration between Payroll and other SAP modules such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, and Employee Central (EC).

Compliance & Operations :

- Partner with HR and Finance teams to manage and execute error-free payroll cycles.

- Handle all aspects of statutory compliance, internal and external audits, and year-end activities.

- Manage system enhancements, user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution, and user training.

Collaboration & Enhancement :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements.

- Provide expertise in payroll integration with Finance (FI), Time, and Benefits modules.

- Contribute to the adoption of modern technologies like S/4HANA and the Payroll Control Centre.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Core Experience :

- 6+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Payroll (ECC / SuccessFactors EC Payroll).

Technical Proficiency :

- Strong knowledge of payroll schemas, wage types, and compliance rules.

- Experience with integration between Payroll and other SAP HCM modules.

- Familiarity with the Payroll Control Centre and S/4HANA is preferred.

Preferred Skills :

- SAP Payroll or SAP HCM certification.

- Experience with global payroll implementations.

- Knowledge of advanced payroll-related functionalities and configurations.
