Position summary :

- The role requires a true lead with deep SAP Fashion, Retail, or AFS industry experience to drive complex projects, gather requirements, and deliver end-to-end solutions.

- This is not a new OTC implementation; the client is live, but OTC/SD underpins nearly all business processes.

- Multiple projects and customizations are active, requiring a seasoned contractor who can take ownership from design through delivery.

Core Requirements :

- 610 years SAP OTC experience with strong configuration and integration skills.

- Proven lead/BA functional role experience.

- Deep industry knowledge in SAP Fashion, Retail, or AFS/FMS.

- Strong OTC integration expertise (EDI, GSX, WMI, C4, WebSphere via IDocs).

- Hands-on with S/4HANA OTC and Fiori apps.

- Strong understanding of IDocs and batch job management.

- Experience delivering enhancements, interfaces, forms, and reports.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Preferred : SAP Retail project experience; basic ABAP/debugging a plus.

Success Criteria :

- Quickly understand the clients business processes and customizations.

- Partner with business teams, translate needs into functional solutions, and advise on best practices.

- Lead large-scale projects end-to-end : requirements, design documentation, functional specs, and coordination with ABAP teams to ensure timely delivery.
