Senior SAP OTC Functional Consultant (10+ Years)

Role Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP OTC Functional Consultant with 10+ years of strong expertise in Order-to-Cash processes, integration knowledge, and hands-on configuration experience in ECC and/or S/4HANA. The candidate should lead business workshops, manage design, and support end-to-end implementation including migration and cutover.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Business Process & Design :

- Lead blueprinting and solution design for the entire OTC cycle :

1. Customer Master, Sales Order Management, Pricing, Delivery & Shipping

2. Billing & Invoicing, Credit Management, Returns, Rebates, POD, Backorder processing

- Gather requirements, document functional specs, and validate end-to-end process flows.

2. Configuration & System Build :

- Configure SD/OTC components in ECC or S/4HANA :

1. Sales Document Types, Item Categories, Copy Controls

2. Pricing Procedures & Condition Techniques

3. Delivery & Transportation setup

4. Billing Types, Account Determination

- Credit Management (BP + FSCM preferred)

- Work with ABAP team to create functional specs for enhancements, BAPIs, RFCs, user exits, and forms.

3. Integration :

- Strong integration knowledge with :

1. FI/CO (Revenue, AR, Account Determination)

2. MM (Availability, STO scenarios)

3. PP (ATP, allocation)

4. CRM/Hybris (if applicable)

- EWM/WM for logistics integration

- Support interface design : IDoc, BAPI, RFC, CPI, EDI.

4. Data Migration & Cutover :

- Prepare mapping sheets, load templates, validation rules.

- Work with migration & technical teams on :

1. Customer Master

2. Open Sales Orders

3. Pricing Conditions

4. Open Deliveries & Billing

- Support mock loads, UAT, cutover & hypercare.

5. Testing & Support :

- Prepare test scripts, execute SIT/UAT.

- Troubleshoot production defects and recommend long-term solutions.

Required Skills :

- 10+ years SAP OTC/SD experience, with at least 2 S/4HANA implementations preferred.

- Deep expertise in Pricing, Availability Check, Credit Management.

- Strong functional spec writing and cross-functional coordination.

- Experience in large migration or transformation programs.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with Fiori apps for Sales & Billing.

- Knowledge of Advanced ATP (aATP) in S/4HANA.

- Exposure to BRF+, EDI, and output management
