SAP OTC Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities :

- Ensure that the non-functional requirements are in line with customer expectations.

- Validate proposed solutions to technical and/or business problems in relation to current and future business environment, reconciling business requirements with technical solutions.

- Build and maintain the business processes mapping in ARIS.

- Facilitate discussion within the people involved in order to get clarification and agreement on business requirements.

- Collaborate closely with development and quality assurance team in an agile way of working and via 3 amigos meeting to co-create the solution.

- Facilitate the demo to end-users and when needed, organize the User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Contribute to the continuous improvement on how to have maximum effectiveness in a changing, Agile, environment. You participate in the life of the squad and in the Agile

ceremonies.

Skills/Expertise required :

- University degree or equivalent work experience.

- At least 5-7 years experience in business analysis, project development, 2 to 5 years of

business process optimization.

- Professional knowledge and expertise.

- SAP Workflow and SAP OTC experience is a strong asset.

- Professional knowledge and expertise.

- Experience in Order-to-Cash and Order-to-Activation processes.

- Excellent analytical skills.

- Strong communication skills.

- Fluent in written and spoken English.

- Team player.

- Business Cases, budgeting and cost awareness.

- Business Processes Optimization.

- Experience with ARIS will be a strong asset.

- Knowledge on Jira, Confluence is a plus.

- PEGA knowledge is good-have
