- Develop, document, and maintain detailed functional test plans, test cases, and test procedures aligned with business and functional requirement documents.

- Execute comprehensive system test plans for SAP modules, conducting both positive and negative entry validation tests across online applications.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to evaluate, diagnose, and recommend solutions for SAP system issues.

- Monitor and measure test progress to ensure validation and piloting phases are completed on time, within budget, and meet or exceed business expectations.

- Perform defect coordination including tracking defects to closure and maintaining up-to-date defect repositories.

- Utilize SAP Solution Manager for test management and defect tracking.

- Conduct performance testing including load testing, stress testing, and endurance testing using tools such as NeoLoad and LoadRunner.

- Participate in at least one full SAP lifecycle implementation project from Blueprint/Explore phases through Go-Live.

- Use Service Marketplace to create support tickets, research SAP notes, and review release notes for issue resolution.

- Apply strong understanding of SAP application systems, software development life cycle (SDLC), software testing life cycle (STLC), and bug life cycle.

- Develop, update, and maintain test suites, test cases, and test data to ensure thorough coverage.

- Map test cases to requirements, generate Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTM), and report test results using tools such as HP ALM/Quality Center.

- Track and report on testing metrics to evaluate test effectiveness and quality assurance processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 3 to 8 years of experience in SAP testing, preferably with hands-on exposure to one or more SAP modules.

- Experience in developing and executing functional test plans, test cases, and test procedures.

- Proficient in SAP Solution Manager and defect management.

- Strong experience in performance testing using NeoLoad, LoadRunner, or similar tools.

- Experience with full lifecycle SAP implementation projects.

- Sound knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle management.

- Experience using test management tools such as HP ALM/Quality Center.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
