SAP MM/WM Consultant - S/4 HANA Module

We are looking for a skilled SAP MM WM Consultant with a strong background in S/4HANA to join our team in Chennai or Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the end-to-end implementation of SAP MM (Materials Management) and WM (Warehouse Management) modules, with a deep understanding of procurement, inventory management, and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead or support full-cycle implementations and configurations of SAP MM and WM modules in S/4HANA.

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to procurement, inventory, and warehouse operations.

- Configure core MM processes such as Purchasing, Inventory Management, and Invoice Verification.

- Configure WM functionalities including warehouse structure, storage bins, and goods movements.

- Ensure effective integration with related modules such as SAP SD, PP, FI, and Production Planning.

- Develop and execute testing strategies including Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Lead data migration activities using LSMW, BAPIs, and IDocs, ensuring high data integrity.

- Create functional specifications for WRICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms).

- Provide post-go-live support, resolve user issues, and deliver training to end-users.

- Stay current on S/4HANA innovations, including Fiori apps, Business Partner model, and simplification lists.

- Follow industry best practices for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Warehouse Management processes.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience with SAP MM and WM modules.

- Proven experience with at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation.

- Strong domain knowledge in procurement, inventory control, and warehouse management.

- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, including Fiori apps and S/4HANA-specific functionalities.

- Sound understanding of integration points with MM, WM, SD, FI, and PP modules.

- Expertise in customizing master data and transactional processes within MM and WM.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Experience working in Agile or Waterfall project environments using tools like SAP Solution Manager, JIRA, or ServiceNow.

- Ability to collaborate with global teams in a multi-location onsite/offshore delivery model.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP Certification in MM/WM and S/4HANA is highly desirable.

- Experience with SAP Fiori enhancements and workflow automation.

- Familiarity with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) is a plus.

- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities.
