SAP MM/WM Consultant - E2E Implementation

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned SAP MM WM Consultant with 8 to 15 years of strong functional experience in SAP Materials Management (MM) and Warehouse Management (WM), including hands-on expertise in S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the end-to-end implementation, support, and optimization of procurement and warehouse processes, working closely with cross-functional teams in a dynamic enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead or support end-to-end SAP MM and WM implementations in S/4HANA landscapes.

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to procurement, inventory management, and warehouse operations.

- Configure MM and WM modules, including:

Purchasing, Inventory Management, and Invoice Verification

Warehouse structure, storage types/bins, stock transfers, and goods movement

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as SAP SD, PP, FI, and Production Planning for seamless process integration.

- Design and execute all phases of testing: unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Support data migration activities using LSMW, BAPIs, IDocs, and ensure data consistency across systems.

- Develop functional specifications (WRICEF) for custom reports, enhancements, workflows, and forms.

- Provide post-go-live support, user training, and troubleshooting.

- Leverage SAP Fiori apps and stay current with S/4HANA innovations, including the Business Partner model and simplification items.

- Ensure alignment with industry best practices in procure-to-pay (P2P) and warehouse operations.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 8 to 15 years of hands-on experience in SAP MM and WM modules.

- Minimum 2 full lifecycle implementations in SAP S/4HANA.

- Strong process knowledge in procurement, inventory control, and warehouse management.

- Experience configuring and customizing MM/WM modules in S/4HANA.

- Proficiency with SAP Fiori, Business Partner setup, and other S/4HANA-specific functionalities.

- Good understanding of integration with SAP SD, FI, and PP modules.

- Hands-on experience with data migration tools (LSMW, IDocs, BAPIs).

- Familiarity with testing tools, ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow), and Solution Manager.

- Excellent communication, documentation, and client interaction skills.

- Experience in onsite/offshore delivery models and working with global teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

- SAP Certification in MM/WM and/or S/4HANA.

- Exposure to SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).

- Experience in Fiori-based process automation, workflow management, and enhancements.

- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.

- Background working in Agile or Waterfall delivery models.
