Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced SAP MM + WM Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA to lead solution design, system configuration, and implementation for Materials Management and Warehouse Management modules. The ideal candidate should have end-to-end project experience, strong functional knowledge, and hands-on S/4HANA exposure.

Key Responsibilities :

SAP MM Responsibilities :

- Configure and support MM submodules : Procurement, Inventory Management, Vendor Master, Material Master, Pricing, Release Strategies.

- Manage Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Source Determination, MRP, and Invoice Verification.

- Support Automatic Account Determination (OBYC) and integration with FI/CO.

- Design and optimize Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.

- Perform testing, documentation, user training, and cutover activities for deployments.

SAP WM Responsibilities :

- Configure Warehouse Management processes, including Putaway, Picking, Transfer Orders, Bins, Storage Types, Handling Units, and Stock Transfers.

- Implement WMMM, WMSD, WMPP integration.

- Support RF processes and warehouse operations optimization.

- Experience with Physical Inventory, Cycle Counting, and Batch Management.

S/4HANA Responsibilities :

- Hands-on configuration with S/4HANA MM & WM / Stock Room Management.

- Experience with Fiori apps, business partners, and embedded analytics.

- Support data migration using LTMC/LTMOM.

- Understand S/4HANA simplification items for MM and WM.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of SAP MM + WM functional experience.

- Minimum 12 end-to-end S/4HANA implementation projects.

- Strong understanding of P2P, WM operations, and supply chain processes.

- Ability to prepare BRD, FS, Test Scripts, Training Materials.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams (SD, PP, FI, QM).

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to EWM basics.

- Experience with Ariba, Vendor Management, or Third-Party Logistics integrations.

- Knowledge of ABAP debugging for issue analysis.

- SAP Certification in MM or WM.

Responsibilities (Soft Skills) :

- Lead client workshops and requirement gathering.

- Provide functional expertise and technical coordination with development teams.

- Mentor junior consultants and participate in solution documentation.

- Deliver high-quality support and ensure SLAs are met.
