SAP MM Lead Consultant - Implementation & Configuration

We are seeking an experienced SAP MM (Materials Management) Lead Consultant with strong hands-on configuration and implementation experience in S/4HANA environments.

The ideal candidate will lead the design, build, and deployment of SAP MM solutions, drive process improvements and ensuring business objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end SAP MM implementations in S/4HANA projects, covering blueprinting, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support.

- Gather and analyze business requirements to develop functional specifications and configure MM components.

- Design and implement processes in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Inventory Management, Vendor Management, and Material Valuation.

- Integrate MM with other SAP modules including SD, PP, WM/EWM, and FI/CO.

- Manage functional testing, user training, and production support activities.

- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including BPML, functional specs, test scripts, and end-user guides.

- Provide leadership and mentoring to junior consultants and coordinate with technical teams for custom developments.

- Ensure solutions align with best practices and business objectives for optimal system performance.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 10+ years of SAP MM configuration and implementation experience.

- Strong knowledge of S/4HANA MM features such as Fiori-based procurement, Business Partner, and Central Purchasing.

- Proven hands-on configuration expertise in :

1. Purchasing (PR, PO, Contracts, Source Lists)

2. Inventory Management & Physical Inventory

3. Valuation & Account Determination

4. Invoice Verification

5. Release Strategy & Batch Management

- Experience integrating with EWM/WM, SD, and FI.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in global rollout projects.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and client engagement capabilities.
