Job Title : SAP MM Functional Consultant

Experience : 5-10 years

Location : Bangalore / Chennai / Pune

Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced SAP MM Functional Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SAP Materials Management and end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. The ideal candidate should possess deep functional knowledge, configuration expertise, and cross-functional integration experience within the S/4 HANA environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement and support SAP MM processes across procurement and inventory management.

Demonstrate strong understanding of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle, including :

- Procurement (Service Procurement, Consignment, Subcontracting, etc.)

- Inventory Management

- Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Service Entry Sheets, Goods Receipts, and Invoice Verification.

- Manage Master Data creation Material Master, Vendor Master, Outline Agreements, Purchase Info Records (PIR), Source Lists.

- Configure and support processes involving MRP, Quota Arrangement, and Split Valuation.

- Prepare Functional Specifications, Test Cases, and support Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Work with S/4 HANA features like Flexible Workflow and Customer-Vendor Integration (CVI).

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (FI, SD, PP, QM) to ensure seamless system integration.

- Analyze business requirements and provide effective system-based solutions.

Required Skills :

- Strong functional expertise in SAP MM configuration and transactions.

- Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end MM processes and cross-stream integrations.

- Experience with S/4 HANA environment (especially Flexible Workflow & CVI).

- Knowledge of business process documentation, testing, and issue resolution.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.

- Minimum 5-10 years of relevant SAP MM functional experience.

- Prior experience in Industrial sector projects preferred.
