Job Summary :

The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, S/4HANA transformations, and SAP Ariba integration, along with proven leadership skills to manage delivery teams and ensure business value realization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the SAP MM stream across implementation, enhancement, and support projects.

- Drive integration and process alignment between SAP MM and Ariba (Sourcing, Buying & Invoicing, Supplier Lifecycle).

- Manage end-to-end project delivery from requirement gathering and solution design to testing, deployment, and support.

- Lead S/4HANA migration projects (greenfield or brownfield), ensuring seamless transition and minimal business disruption.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and deliver scalable SAP solutions.

- Provide expertise on S/4HANA Cloud, Fiori apps, and the latest MM innovations.

- Ensure master data quality, proper documentation, and compliance with internal and client processes.

- Manage and mentor a team of consultants while coordinating with cross-functional teams (FI, SD, PP, etc.).

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend digital transformation initiatives within procurement

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8 to 12 years of SAP MM experience, including at least two full-cycle implementations.

- Strong hands-on skills in SAP MM configuration, P2P, inventory management, procurement contracts, release strategies, and invoice verification.

- Functional or integration experience with SAP Ariba (Sourcing, Procurement, Supplier Management).

- Minimum 12 end-to-end S/4HANA projects (including Cloud edition preferred).

- Prior experience in ECC to S/4HANA migrations.

- Solid understanding of procurement business processes and a mindset for digital innovation.

- Exposure to Fiori apps, REST APIs, IDocs, and cloud integration scenarios is an advantage.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proven ability to lead discussions, drive deliverables, and take ownership of project outcomes.
