SAP MM Consultant - PS/SD Modules

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced SAP MM Consultant with strong domain expertise in the Real Estate industry, particularly construction and property sales. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end SAP MM implementations, strong integration exposure with PS and SD, and experience interfacing SAP with third-party vendor onboarding systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and support end-to-end SAP MM implementations in the Real Estate domain (Construction & Property Sale).

- Configure and support SAP MM components including :

• Procurement to Pay (P2P)
• Vendor Master Management
• Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders
• Goods Receipt and Invoice Verification

- Handle real estate and construction-specific procurement processes such as :

• Project-based procurement
• Service procurement and subcontracting
• Capital and non-capital material procurement

- Manage and support PS-MM integration for project-driven procurement and cost tracking.

- Support MM-SD integration for billing, consumption, and inventory impact scenarios.

- Design and support interfaces with third-party vendor onboarding software, ensuring seamless vendor master creation and updates.

- Collaborate with FI, PS, SD, and technical teams to ensure end-to-end process alignment.

- Support testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.

- Prepare functional specifications and support technical developments.

- Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP MM.

- Minimum 2-3 end-to-end SAP implementation projects in the Real Estate industry.

- Proven experience in construction and property sale procurement processes.

- Mandatory experience in :

• PS-MM integration
• MM-SD integration

- Experience interfacing SAP with third-party vendor onboarding systems.

- Strong understanding of procurement, inventory, and vendor management processes.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Educational Qualifications :

- BE / BTech / BSc / MBA (Mandatory)

Preferred / Good to Have :

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA MM.

- Knowledge of service entry sheets and subcontracting in construction projects.

- Experience supporting large-scale real estate or infrastructure implementations.
