Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with Agile teams to define requirements, participate in backlog grooming, and support iterative deliveries.

- Provide functional input and guidance to technical teams (ABAP, Basis, etc.

- Understand business processes and translate them into scalable SAP MM solutions.

- Manage and resolve L2/L3 incidents in SAP MM (P2P cycle).

- Analyze technical impact, define solutions, provide estimates, plan deliveries, and oversee implementation.

- Ensure high-quality functional analysis and incident resolution.

- Support business and IT teams in testing activities to ensure solutions meet performance and quality standards.

- Work collaboratively with global teams in Europe and India to deliver change requests and enhancements.

Required Skills & Expertise :

Core Skills :

SAP MM Module Expertise (4+ years) :

- Strong knowledge of SAP MM for procurement and P2P processes.

- Expertise in configuration, customization, and integration within procurement, inventory, sales, and maintenance.

- Proven ability to manage purchase order management, inventory management, invoicing, and maintenance-related procurement.

Problem-Solving & Technical Troubleshooting :

- Strong analytical skills to resolve integration, data consistency, and system performance issues.

- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues while ensuring smooth workflow operations.

Technical Hands-On :

- Experience working with IDocs, BAPIs, and interface design.

- Ability to support and guide custom developments.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills :

- SAP MM Certification (e.

, SAP Certified Application Associate MM).

- Debugging skills to handle L3 incidents without ABAP support.

Education & Experience :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP MM with focus on P2P.

- Experience working in global, cross-functional teams
