SAP MM Consultant - ERP Implementation

Description :

We are looking for an experienced SAP MM Consultant / Lead with strong functional and technical expertise to manage and deliver end-to-end SAP ERP implementations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across all project phases and the ability to lead teams while engaging directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and execute end-to-end SAP MM implementations from Business Blueprint (BBP) to Go-Live

- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications

- Configure SAP MM modules including:

- Procurement (PR, PO, RFQ)

- Inventory Management

- Valuation & Account Determination

- Vendor Master & Purchasing Info Records

- Participate in all project phases:

- Blueprinting

- Solution Design

- Realization & Configuration

- Testing (Unit, Integration, UAT)

- Cutover, Go-Live & Post Go-Live Support

- Provide SAP development support including:

- Functional specifications for RICEFW objects

- Debugging and coordination with ABAP teams

- Ensure integration with other SAP modules such as FI, SD, PP, and WM/EWM

- Manage and mentor a team of SAP MM consultants

- Act as a key point of contact for client interactions, workshops, and status reporting

- Support change management, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP MM

- Minimum 3 full-cycle SAP ERP implementations

- Strong SAP MM configuration and functional knowledge

- Good understanding of SAP technical concepts and development lifecycle

- Experience in RICEFW documentation and testing

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Proven experience in team handling and client-facing roles

Preferred Skills :

- Exposure to S/4HANA MM

- Knowledge of WM/EWM integration

- Experience in Agile / ASAP methodology

- Certification in SAP MM is an added advantage
