Role Summary :

We are looking for a Senior SAP Manufacturing Consultant (PP/MM) with 10+ years of experience in production planning, shop floor execution, procurement, material planning, and integration across supply chain modules. S/4HANA experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Business Consulting & Solution Design

- Lead workshops for manufacturing and procurement processes :

Production Planning (MTS, MTO)
MRP / MRP Live
BOM, Routing, Work Centers
Demand Management & Capacity Planning
Shop Floor Execution (Production Orders/Process Orders)
GR/IR, Procurement, Inventory Management

- Gather requirements and design scalable end-to-end processes.

2. Configuration :

- Configure PP/MM modules including :

BOMs, Routings, Recipes (PP-PI)
Production Versions & Order Types
Planning Strategies (40, 41, 20, 70 etc.)
Scheduling parameters & Capacity Profiles
Purchasing groups, release strategies
Inventory Movement Types & Valuation

- Support enhancements using BAPIs, RFCs, BADIs, user exits, and forms.

3. Integration Expertise :

- Strong integration with :

SD (ATP, delivery-based production)
FI/CO (Costing, Material Ledger)
QM (Inspection types, quality checks)
EWM/WM (storage, replenishment)
PM (maintenance BOM, spare parts planning)

- Knowledge of interfaces (IDoc, BAPI, CPI).

4. Data Migration & Cutover :

- Prepare mapping for:

Materials, BOM, Routing, Open Production Orders, Inventory Stock

- Work with technical and migration teams for test loads, mock runs, and go-live cutover.

5. Testing & Support :

- Prepare test scenarios, run SIT/UAT cycles.

- Support hypercare and provide root cause analysis for production issues.

Required Skills :

- 10-15 years experience in SAP PP/MM covering both ECC & S/4HANA.
