SAP MDG Techno-Functional Consultant

Work Mode : Hybrid - 2 days office + 3 days WFH

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement, configure, and customize SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) solutions across domains (Customer, Vendor, Material, Finance, etc.

- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into MDG technical solutions.

- Design and develop data models, governance processes, BRF+ rules, UI enhancements, and workflow configurations.

- Perform MDG Data Replication, Data Quality, Data Consolidation, and Data Distribution across SAP & Non-SAP systems.

- Handle ABAP development, BADIs, enhancements, ALE/IDoc configurations, and MDG-specific technical developments.

- Work closely with functional consultants for blueprint design, integration, and testing.

- Troubleshoot issues, provide post-implementation support, and optimize system performance.

- Mentor junior team members and contribute to solution design discussions.

Required Skills :

- Strong knowledge of SAP MDG (Data Models, Governance Framework, UI Modeling, Workflow, BRF+).

- Proficiency in ABAP (Enhancements, BAPIs, BADIs, ALE/IDoc, WebDynpro/FPM).

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA, MDG Central Governance, MDG Consolidation & Mass Processing.

- Hands-on with Data Migration tools (SAP Data Services, LSMW, SLT, etc.

- Knowledge of Integration with SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, and Non-SAP systems.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with SAP MDG on S/4HANA 2020 or higher.

- Exposure to Cloud integration (SAP BTP, MDG Cloud Edition).

- Domain expertise in Finance, Supply Chain, or Customer Master Data
