Job Summary :

We are hiring an experienced SAP MDG Technical Consultant to design, develop, and support Master Data Governance solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in SAP MDG technical architecture, data modeling, workflows, BRF+, and integrations. This role requires close collaboration with functional teams, business stakeholders, and SAP technical teams to ensure robust and scalable master data governance implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

SAP MDG Technical Development :

- Design, develop, and enhance SAP MDG solutions for domains such as Business Partner, Material, Customer, and Supplier

- Configure and customize MDG data models, UI configurations, and staging tables

- Develop MDG workflows using SAP Workflow / Flexible Workflow

- Implement business rules using BRF+

ABAP & Integration :

- Develop and enhance ABAP programs, reports, enhancements, BADIs, and user exits for MDG

- Handle MDG interfaces and integrations with ECC/S4 systems using DRF, IDocs, Web Services, and RFCs

- Support data replication and synchronization across systems

Data Governance & Quality :

- Implement data validation, derivation rules, and data quality checks

- Support data migration, mass processing, and cleansing activities

- Ensure adherence to data governance standards and best practices

Support & Collaboration :

- Work closely with functional consultants, business users, and stakeholders

- Participate in design discussions, requirement analysis, and solution walkthroughs

- Provide production support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Mandatory Skills :

- 6+ years of SAP experience, with strong hands-on expertise in SAP MDG Technical

- Solid experience with SAP MDG frameworks, data modeling, and governance processes

- Strong ABAP development experience (Reports, Enhancements, BADIs, User Exits)

- Hands-on experience with MDG Workflows and BRF+

- Experience with Data Replication Framework (DRF)

- Good understanding of SAP ECC / S/4HANA integration

Preferred / Good to Have :

- Experience working on S/4HANA MDG implementations

- Knowledge of Fiori/UI customization for MDG

- Exposure to SAP Data Services or other data migration tools

- Prior experience in end-to-end MDG implementations or rollouts
