Role Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) Lead with 12+ years of strong SAP experience, including extensive hands-on expertise in SAP MDG (MDG-M, MDG-S, MDG-C, MDG-F, BP). The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end MDG implementations, drive master data strategy, design data governance frameworks, and collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure high-quality, consistent master data across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities :

MDG Solution Design & Delivery :

- Lead full lifecycle implementation projects for SAP MDG including requirement gathering, blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.

- Architect solutions for domains such as Material (MDG-M), Supplier (MDG-S), Customer (MDG-C), Business Partner, Finance (MDG-F).

- Configure Data Models, UI Modeling, Workflow, BRF+, FPM, DRF, Data Replication Framework, and integration with ECC/S4HANA.

- Design and implement rule-based workflows, validations, derivations, and data enrichment.

Master Data Strategy & Governance :

- Define and implement enterprise-wide master data governance framework.

- Work with business stakeholders to define data standards, data policies, and ownership models.

- Establish data quality KPIs, governance dashboards, and continuous improvement plans.

Integration & Technical Expertise :

- Integrate MDG with SAP ECC/S4HANA, SAP PO/CPI, and external systems.

- Collaborate with ABAP developers for enhancements, BAdIs, user exits, and custom objects.

- Experience with Consolidation & Mass Processing (MDG-C, MDG-M) and MDG on S/4HANA.

Project & Team Leadership :

- Lead onshore/offshore delivery teams and manage project timelines.

- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder communication.

- Own solution governance, change management, and quality assurance.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 12+ years of SAP experience with at least 8+ years in SAP MDG.

- Strong hands-on configuration experience with :

1. MDG for Material, Supplier, Customer, BP, Finance

2. Data Modeling & UI Modeling

3. BRF+ Configuration

4. Flexible workflows & FPM

5. DRF & replication frameworks

- Exposure to MDG on S/4HANA, MDG-F, and MDG Consolidation is preferred.

- Strong understanding of SAP MDM, ECC/S4 Master Data objects, and integration processes.

- Experience managing large enterprise master data environments.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
