- Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP MDG solutions including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support.

- Design and develop master data governance processes for various domains such as material, supplier, customer, finance, and others.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define data models, workflows, validations, and authorizations in MDG.

- Configure SAP MDG to enforce data quality and governance standards, including UI, data replication, and integration scenarios.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to SAP MDG, ensuring system stability and data accuracy.

- Work closely with SAP BASIS, development, and functional teams for seamless integration and performance optimization.

- Create technical and functional documentation including solution design documents, test plans, and user manuals.

- Provide knowledge transfer and training to end-users and support teams.

- Stay updated on SAP MDG latest features, patches, and best practices to continuously improve the solution landscape.

- Participate in pre-sales activities, demos, and client workshops as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP MDG implementation and support.

- Strong expertise in SAP MDG Data Modeling, UI Modeling, Workflow Configuration, Business Rules Framework (BRF+), and Data Replication.

- Hands-on experience with SAP MDG on SAP ERP and S/4HANA environments.

- Deep understanding of master data concepts and governance processes across business functions (Material, Supplier, Customer, Finance, etc.)

- Experience with SAP Data Services, SAP Information Steward, or other data quality tools is a plus.

- Proficient in integrating SAP MDG with other SAP modules (MM, SD, FI, etc.) and external systems.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field.

- SAP certification in MDG preferred
