Key Responsibilities :

- Participate in end-to-end SAP MDG implementationsfrom requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, and data migration to go-live and post-go-live support.

- Configure and customize MDG data models, UI configurations (FPM/BRF+), and process modeling (workflow, rule-based governance).

- Integrate SAP MDG with S/4HANA, ECC, and other SAP/non-SAP systems using Data Replication Framework (DRF), ALE/IDOC, and APIs.

- Support Data Quality Management (DQM) and cleansing activities through rule definition and validation.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define governance policies, approval flows, and data stewardship models.

- Conduct testing (unit, integration, and UAT) and user training for MDG applications.

- Work closely with cross-functional SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, BP, etc.) to ensure seamless master data consistency.

- Troubleshoot issues, prepare functional documentation, and support system enhancements.

Technical Skills :

- Strong experience in SAP MDG on S/4HANA or ECC (minimum 2 end-to-end implementations).

- Expertise in at least one domain: Material, Business Partner, Finance, or Custom Object.

- Hands-on with BRF+, FPM, BAdIs, Workflow, Data Replication Framework (DRF).

- Knowledge of MDG Consolidation, DQM, Central Governance, and SAP Data Services integration is preferred.

- Exposure to ABAP debugging, OData, or SAP BTP Integration Suite is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- SAP MDG Certification is a plus.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
