Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced SAP MDG Consultant with a strong background in Master Data Governance, Data Integration, and SAP technical components.

The ideal candidate should possess hands-on expertise in MDG configuration, process modeling, and ABAP development, along with the ability to manage complex data replication and error handling scenarios.

This role requires deep technical knowledge, problem-solving capabilities, and collaboration with business and technical stakeholders to ensure seamless master data governance across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and implement SAP MDG solutions across various domains (e.g., Material, Vendor, Customer, Finance).

- Develop and maintain data models, UI configurations, and process modeling in MDG.

- Manage data replication using ALE/IDocs, SOA services, and web services.

- Handle error management and troubleshooting for MDG replication processes.

- Customize and enhance MDG applications using Webdynpro, FPM, BRF+, BADIs, and Workflows.

- Write, optimize, and debug ABAP reports, OOPs programs, and enhancements for MDG-related

requirements.

- Implement data migration strategies using tools such as LSMW, BODS, and other ETL methods.

- Integrate MDG with external systems and SAP modules ensuring high data quality and governance compliance.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders for requirement gathering, solution design, and functional-technical mapping.

- Ensure compliance with data governance policies, standards, and best practices.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have) :

- Experience in MDG Consolidation and Mass Processing.

- Knowledge of SAP HANA, CDS Views, and Fiori apps related to MDG.

- Exposure to SAP Security & Authorizations within MDG.

- Experience in Agile delivery models and Solution Manager (SolMan).
