Summary :

As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and configuration of enterprise applications using SAP Master Data Governance tools. You will act as the key liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring that all application requirements are met effectively. Your role includes team leadership, solution architecture, and quality oversight, with a focus on delivering robust and scalable data governance solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP MDG

- Lead and manage a development team, ensuring task alignment and high performance

- Take ownership of team-level decisions and deliverables

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integrated project outcomes

- Provide scalable and strategic solutions to complex business challenges

- Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to strengthen team capabilities

- Track and monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards

- Align application delivery with business goals and compliance requirements

Professional & Technical Skills :

- Expertise in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) Tool

- Experience in managing end-to-end project lifecycles using established methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)

- Ability to analyze and interpret complex datasets to drive decision-making

- Familiarity with integration patterns, data quality, and master data lifecycle management
