Job Brief :

- We are looking for a Senior SAP Manufacturing and Quality Management Lead for a legal separation project in an ECC environment. This is a high-impact and customer-facing role.

You will lead the PP and QM workstream and work with global teams to set up and transition key business processes. If you are someone who takes ownership and enjoys solving complex challenges, this role is for you.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the SAP PP and Quality Management workstream for a carve-out program.

- Design and implement SAP solutions for production and quality processes.

- Handle configuration, data migration, and cutover for PP and QM.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams like Procurement, Sales, and Inventory.

- Ensure smooth go-live and handover during transition.

- Communicate clearly with stakeholders and guide them through the process.

- Work directly with clients and deliver front-end support.

Qualifications

- Minimum 8+ years of strong SAP PP and QM experience.

- Strong exposure to ECC carve-out, transition, or separation projects.

- Hands-on experience in configuration, testing, migration, and cutover.

- Excellent customer-facing and communication skills.

- Must have experience working with global and cross-functional teams.

- No AMS or support-only profiles.
