Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Licensing Specialist to manage and optimize SAP licensing across enterprise systems. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP architecture, licensing models, and compliance practices to ensure alignment with contractual obligations and minimize audit risks.

Key Responsibilities :

- Interpret and implement SAP licensing agreements and convert them into actionable system configurations.

- Utilize SAP license management tools and product terms to maintain compliance and efficiency.

- Conduct thorough indirect usage analysis and recommend optimal licensing solutions.

- Extract and analyze usage data across SAP products through system tables and reporting tools.

- Support annual SAP audit preparation and execution, ensuring accurate and timely responses.

- Collaborate with contract management teams to review licensing clauses and agreements.

- Stay current with changes to SAP licensing policies and product offerings.

- Guide licensing impact assessments during ECC to S/4HANA migration projects.

- Work cross-functionally with global teams across time zones to support licensing strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 35 years of hands-on experience in SAP licensing concepts and architecture.

- Solid functional knowledge of SAP tools including USMM, SLAW, LMBI, HANA Cockpit, and HANA Studio.

- In-depth knowledge of SAP product terms (current and legacy) and license metrics.

- Experience in contract/license compliance and SAP audit procedures.

- Strong analytical skills for interpreting usage data and licensing implications.

- Familiarity with S/4HANA Bill of Materials and transition impact from ECC.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in global team environments.
