Key Responsibilities :

Project Leadership & Delivery :

- Lead end-to-end SAP project implementations, upgrades, and support initiatives.

- Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (business, IT, vendors) for seamless SAP integration.

Solution Design & Configuration :

- Gather and analyze business requirements to design effective SAP solutions.

- Configure and customize SAP modules based on client/business needs.

- Ensure system design aligns with best practices, scalability, and compliance standards.

Team Leadership & Mentorship :

- Lead and mentor a team of SAP consultants and developers.

- Provide technical guidance, training, and performance feedback.

- Foster a collaborative environment to drive knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Management :

- Serve as the primary point of contact for business leaders on SAP-related initiatives.

- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.

- Conduct workshops, demos, and status meetings with stakeholders.

Quality & Performance Assurance :

- Ensure SAP systems are secure, high-performing, and compliant with organizational standards.

- Oversee testing, issue resolution, and change management processes.

- Monitor system performance and implement optimization strategies.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement :

- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies (S/4HANA, Fiori, Cloud solutions).

- Recommend process improvements, automation, and new SAP functionalities.

- Support digital transformation initiatives through SAP innovations.

Requirements :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

- 8- 10 years of experience in SAP implementation, configuration, and support.

- Proven track record of leading full lifecycle SAP projects (implementation, rollout, migration, upgrade).

- Strong expertise in one or more SAP modules (e.g, SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, or Basis).

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications preferred.

- Strong knowledge of integration points between SAP modules and third-party applications.

- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.

Good to Have :

- SAP certification(s) in relevant modules or technologies.

- Experience with cloud-hosted SAP solutions (Azure, AWS, GCP).

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices in SAP projects.

- Exposure to emerging SAP technologies like SAP BTP, SAC, and RPA tools.
