Job Description :

The SAP Lead is responsible for managing and overseeing the design, implementation, and delivery of SAP solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP systems, with a focus on solutioning and delivery management. This individual will work closely with our internal teams and stakeholders to ensure that our SAP solutions are efficiently implemented and align with the business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage the delivery of SAP projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.

- Provide SAP solutioning expertise, working with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translating these into effective SAP solutions.

- Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and external partners to design, develop, and implement SAP solutions.

- Manage SAP project risks and issues, implementing mitigation measures where necessary.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to the SAP team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.

- Develop and manage detailed project plans, tracking progress and making necessary adjustments as needed.

- Maintain an understanding of the latest SAP technologies, industry trends, and best practices to ensure the organization is leveraging SAP effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven experience in managing SAP projects.

- Strong knowledge of SAP systems and Solutioning, with specific expertise in at least one module (e.g., SAP FI/CO, PP, MM, etc.)

- Excellent understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire team members.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovative and creative solutions.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.

- Certifications in SAP are considered an asset.
