SAP LabVantage LIMS Developer

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of LabVantage LIMS modules :

1. Batch Management

2. Sample Management

3. Stability Studies

4. Analytical Quality Control (AQC)

5. Storage & Inventory

6. Security & User Access Control

- Design and implement integrations between LabVantage LIMS and external systems including :

1. SAP ERP systems

2. Empower Chromatography Data System

3. Various Laboratory Instruments via LabVantage CI (Complex Instrument Interfacing)

- Perform Instrument Setup, Maintenance Activity Setup, and Connectivity Setup.

- Manage and execute data migration using MDC tools and coordinate environment transitions across multiple site rollouts.

- Work on SAP & EHS interfacing : requirement gathering, technical design, development, and deployment.

- Ensure data integrity, compliance (e.g., GxP), and system validation as per industry standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, IT, and laboratory users for successful project execution.

Mandatory Skills & Experience :

- 6+ years of techno-functional experience with LabVantage LIMS.

- Proven hands-on experience in system integration with SAP, Empower, and laboratory equipment.

- Strong background in LabVantage CI for complex instrument interfacing.

- Experience with Master Data Configuration, Data Migration, and multi-site LIMS rollouts.

- In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical laboratory workflows and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working in regulated environments (FDA, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11).

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently in a remote consulting role
