Job Title : SAP Kinaxis Consultant

Experience : 6 to 10 Years

Location : Trivandrum/Kochi/Bangalore/Chennai/Pune/Noida/Hyderabad

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Kinaxis Consultant with a strong background in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) to support and enhance planning processes.

The ideal candidate will bring a solid understanding of Kinaxis RapidResponse configuration, system administration, and integration with SAP ECC/S4HANA, along with excellent communication and consulting skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement, configure, and support Kinaxis RapidResponse modules for S&OP processes.

- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate planning requirements into system solutions.

- Support data integration and synchronization between Kinaxis RapidResponse and SAP ECC/S/4HANA.

- Conduct system health checks, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.

- Provide user training, documentation, and functional support for S&OP users.

- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and solution enhancements.

- Coordinate with global and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Required Qualifications :

- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse.

- 6+ years of experience in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).

- Strong experience integrating with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.

Nice to Have :

- Experience building and maintaining strong client and team relationships.

- Familiarity with Azure Data Factory and basic SQL knowledge.

- Proven ability to work effectively in a high-performing, collaborative team environment.

Technical Skills :

- Kinaxis RapidResponse.

- S&OP Planning.

- SAP ECC / S/4HANA.

- Azure Data Factory (preferred).

- SQL (basic understanding).
